SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash brown frozen potatoes
2 c. milk
3 oz. jar Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. butter
Grated Cheddar cheese

Prepare these the night before you want to use them. Place hash browns in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat 2 cups milk and add the Velveeta cheese and butter. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top according to taste. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
