SECRET KISS COOKIE | |
1 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. finely chopped walnuts 1/2 c. sugar 1 3/4 c. unsifted flour 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Kisses, about 36 Confectioners' sugar 1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl. 2. Gradually add flour and nuts; beat on low speed until well blended. 3. Chill dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. 4. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 5. Mold approximately 1 tablespoon of dough around unwrapped chocolate kiss and roll to make a ball, covering kiss completely. 6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners' sugar. |
