BAKED FISH 
Thick fish fillets
Lemon juice

SAUCE:

8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. can mushroom pieces

Lay fish pieces single layer in glass baking pan, 9 x 13 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped parsley. Bake at 350 degrees until flaky. Carefully tilt pan, pour off all fish water. Spread mixture of sauce ingredients over fish. Sprinkle with a little more parsley. Bake until bubbly.
