OVEN SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup
2 1/2 cans water
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Flour steak and brown. Place in roaster. Add 2 tablespoons flour in pan when steak was browned. Then add rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Pour over steak and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. One hour before done, add potato halves.
