BANANA MOLASSES CAKE 
3 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. molasses
3 eggs
1 2/3 c. mashed banana
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
1 1/2 c. sugar

Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl cream butter and sugar and add molasses. Beat until combined. Thoroughly beat in eggs and fold in nuts. Then stir in flour mixture and bananas in four additions. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Drizzle top of cake with vanilla glaze.
