SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chop meat, veal or chuck
Seasoned bread crumbs
V-8 juice can
Egg
Ketchup, optional
Garlic powder
2 (16 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
1 jar of 32 oz. marinara sauce

In pot mix cranberry sauce and marinara sauce and bring to boil, covered. Mix chop meat and other ingredients to taste. Form small balls and drop in boiling cranberry and marinara sauce; cover, it sprays; simmer for 45 minutes. For appetizer or main course. As main course serve on white rice or spaghetti.
