SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water (or pineapple juice)
3 tbsp. corn starch

ADD TO SAUCE:

1 sm. can pineapple chunks (drained)
2 green peppers, cut in strips
2 sm. onions in rings

Make ground meat into small meat balls and brown. Mix all sauce ingredients together and add meat balls. Carefully add pineapple, peppers and onions. (Delicious served over rice.)
