1 qt. strawberries

Wash, stem, and cut strawberries. Place in large bowl. Set aside. 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. warm water

Prepare a deep dish frozen pie shell. Bake and cool. Mix dry ingredients completely. Add warm water; stir well. Cook and stir constantly. Boil for 1 minute only. Cool slightly and pour over fruit. Pour into pie shell immediately. Can be served hot or cold with topping.
