FRESH PEACH OR STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach Jello
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Baked pie shell
4 c. sliced peaches or 1 qt. strawberries

Combine sugar, Jello, and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil until clear. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over peaches or strawberries in pie shell. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
