FROZEN COLESLAW SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage
3 celery stalks
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. green pepper

Cut cabbage. Sprinkle salt over this and let stand for 1 hour; squeeze out juice. Cut celery and pepper; mix with cabbage. Bring to a boil: 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. celery seed

Boil 1 minute; cool. Pour over cabbage. Mix and freeze.
