CABBAGE SLAW OR SALAD 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. green pepper, chopped or shredded
1 carrot
2 med. onions

Chop or shred all of the above. Sprinkle over mixture 1 cup sugar, set aside. Mix and bring to a boil 3/4 cup oil, I use Wesson, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon celery seed, 1 tablespoon salt; pour over cabbage while hot. Mix well. Cool and refrigerate. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
