FRONTAGE BEEF PIE | |
1 lb. extra lean ground beef 6 oz. boxed seasoned croutons 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tsp. instant minced onions 1/2 tsp. slat 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sliced, fresh or canned mushrooms 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tomato, sliced Combine beef, 1 cup seasoned croutons, tomato sauce, onion, salt, and 1 egg; press into sides and bottom of 9 inch pan. Mix remaining croutons, egg, mushrooms, green pepper, and cheese. Arrange tomato slices and crouton mixture over beef crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. 6 servings. |
