FRESH PEACH MUFFINS | |
1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. milk 1 c. fresh peaches, chopped Cream butter with sugar. Add egg and mix. Stir in flour, salt and nutmeg alternating with milk. Stir in peaches. Fill greased muffin cups with 2/3 cup of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. |
