PRALINE BARS 
12 whole graham crackers (buy good quality brand name) ones with perforations into quarters
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Break graham crackers into quarters and put sides touching into jelly roll pan.

3. Melt butter in pot and add brown sugar. Heat to boiling and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

4. Add chopped nuts to butter/sugar mix and blend. Pour this over cracker and using spatula, quickly push mixture so all crackers are roughly coated. Don't worry if all are not completely covered.

5. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes, then remove onto waxed paper, leaving room between (or can cool on racks). Store in airtight container.
