BAR-B-Q BEEF 
5 lbs. shredded rump roast
2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian seasoning (lite)
2-3 cans beef broth
1-2 cans water
Dash of seasoned salt and onion powder

Mix, cover and bake at 250 degrees for HOURS! When beef is REALLY done, saute onion, green pepper, fresh mushrooms in butter. When serving: put slice of Swiss cheese on rye bun. Top with beef mixture and add sauteed ingredients. Makes 15-20 sandwiches.
