CHOCOLATE TOFU PIE | |
1 (12 oz.) carton tofu 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick) 3/4 c. cocoa 18 pkgs. Equal 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water CRUST: 20 graham crackers 6 tbsp. melted butter Bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Using blender or Cuisinart, blend tofu with water. Add other ingredients. Put in graham cracker crust. Chill and serve. |
