CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
1 cube butter
1/2 green pepper, sm.
1/2 pt. sour cream
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix corn, eggs and Jiffy mix. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Spoon over corn mixture. Drop sour cream by teaspoon on top. Cover with grated cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
