STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
2 1/2 lb. round steak

Fry four slices bacon, remove and brown 1 onion in grease. Add 1 1/2 cups croutons, 1/4 teaspoon celery salt, 2 tablespoons parsley and 1/4 teaspoon sage. Cut meat in serving size pieces and stuff and secure with toothpicks. Place in pan and cover with 8 ounce can tomato sauce and one cup beef bouillon. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. 5 servings.
