VEGETABLE STUFFED ROUND STEAK | |
Cook 1/2 cup chopped onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix; spread on 4 pieces thinly sliced round steak (about 3 ounces each). Cut 2 carrots into thin sticks; arrange on steaks with 1/4 pound whole green beans. Roll up and secure with wooden picks. Brown in 1 tablespoon butter. Combine 1 1/4 cups water and brown gravy mix; pour over rolls. Cover and simmer 50 minutes or until tender. 4 servings. |
