STUFFED FLANK OR ROUND STEAK
2 c. Corn Flakes
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs (beaten)
3 or 4 slices flank or round steak (beaten thin)
2 carrots
1 onion
1/4 c. melted butter
chicken broth

In blender or food processor, crush Corn Flakes and put aside in a big bowl. Grate carrots, celery and onion. Add to crushed Corn Flakes. Add flour, butter, salt and pepper, eggs and chicken broth to moisten. Pound steak thin. Spread each slice with filling and roll up (long side). Tie with twine. Place open end down in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake in 375 degrees oven for 1 1/2 hours. Slice into pinwheels and serve with natural gravy. (Before baking, can be covered with 2 slices bacon on each slice of steak). Absolutely delicious, especially the stuffing!
