STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. water

Combine stuffing. Then spread stuffing over steak roll and tie up with heavy string. Skewers may be used. Brown steak in a skillet on all sides with 1 tablespoon shortening. Remove from browning pan and put in baking dish with 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
