TURKEY BREAD ROAST 
Turkey breast
Oil or melted butter
Salt

Rinse, drain and pat dry. Skewer skin to meat, along cut edges. Rub cavity of roast lightly with salt. Place on rack, skin side up, in shallow roasting pan and brush oil or melted butter.

Bake in slow 325 degree oven until meat thermometer reads 180 to 185 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
