ROULADIN 
Thin sirloin steak meat
Bacon
Onion
Kitchen Bouquet

On top of stove, place each strip of meat flat and top with 1/2 strip of bacon. Top bacon with diced onion. Roll up meat and hold together with toothpick. Roll meat in flour on all sides. Brown all sides and add 1/4 cup water to prevent burning. Once browned, simmer and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Keep adding some water for a gravy and add 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet to water.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
