SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 can drained sauerkraut (43 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in onions. Put 1/2 in pan, then add sauerkraut, then rest of meat. Put on uncooked noodles, then both soups.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake additional 30 minutes.
