2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup cream or milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil; boil for 3 minutes.

Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Beat until thick and spoon onto waxed paper.
