RANCHO BAKED BEANS 
1/4 c. fat or cooking oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
2 cans (1 lb.) pork & beans in tomato sauce
1 can pinto or Northern beans, drained

In large skillet, heat oil. Add onion, cook. Add beef, breaking into small pieces. Cook until color disappears. Add salt, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, pork and beans and the kidney beans. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
