SPAGHETTI SQUASH ITALIAN STYLE 
1/2 spaghetti squash, cooked
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated zucchini squash
1 c. tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder (opt.)

Cook squash. Add cheddar cheese, zucchini, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder. Mix well. Spoon mixture back into empty squash shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
