SPICY ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
Cooked spaghetti
5 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 2 (qt.) bottles tomatoes
3 lg. links Italian sausage, not cooked
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 med. onion, diced

Slice sausages into 1/2" pieces. Add onion and sausage to tomato sauce. Let cook with a lid at medium heat until sausage is done. If using bottled tomatoes, blend them and cook at a higher heat without a lid. Halfway through the cooking process add all the seasonings. Serve over spaghetti or rice.
