EIGHT WEEK BATTER BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran

Mix all the ingredients, then add 1 box (15 ounce) of Raisin Bran. Cover and keep in refrigerator up to 8 weeks. Bake as many as desired at a time, filling baking cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or longer at 350 degrees. Recipe may be halved.
