CHOKECHERRY JELLY 
Wash and crush 1 pound fruit; add 1 cup water. Simmer 15 minutes. Squeeze out juice. Measure 3 cups juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 package MCP pectin, and 4 1/2 cups sugar. Boil exactly 2 minutes. Pour into jars and water bath 10 minutes.
