CINNAMON CIDER JELLY 
4 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. apple cider
1 box Sure Jell fruit pectin
1 or 2 tbsp. red cinnamon candies
Hot sterilized jars

Pour cider into a large saucepan. Add fruit pectin; mix well and add candies. Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to hard boil. Add all sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam with metal spoon. Pour quickly into hot, sterilized glasses. Cover at once with 1/8" hot paraffin. Makes about 5 1/2 cups.
