APPLE-CINNAMON JELLY 
4 c. apple juice
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies

Combine juice and pectin in large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil. Add sugar and candy, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Let boiling subside, skim foam from top. Pour into sterilized jars, seal. Makes 7 1/2 pints.
