APPLE - CINNAMON JELLY 
4 c. apple juice
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies

Combine juice and pectin in a large saucepan; bring to full, rolling boil. Add sugar and candies; stir constantly. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Let boil subside, skim foam from top. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
