CORN BREAD 
1 can cream style corn
1 c. cornmeal
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 can (4 oz.) green chile, diced
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice)

Combine cornmeal, salt and baking soda. Beat eggs. Add to dry ingredients eggs, corn, milk and corn oil. Blend. Pour half the batter into 8x8 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chile and half of the cheese. Pour on remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
