MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
No. 2 can creamed corn
Sm. can Ortega chopped green chiles
3 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. corn meal (white or yellow)
1/2 onion, minced
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. (1 cube) butter
Jack cheese, grated

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients saving cheese and chiles for last and mix well. Pour into 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
