SUNDAY POT ROAST | |
3 lb. chuck roast 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1/2 c. water 6-8 white potatoes, peeled and halved 3-4 onions, peeled and halved 1/2-1 lb. carrots, scrubbed Place roast in pan. Put vegetables around roast. Sprinkle soup mix in top. Pour 1/2 cup water around roast. Cover tightly and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees. (Can put it in before the Sunday School hour and have it cooked perfectly for dinner after church!) |
