“CHEDDAR CHEESE GRITS” IS IN:

CHEDDAR CHEESE GRITS 
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 cup uncooked grits
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
salt, to taste

Bring a medium saucepan to medium-high heat. Add stock and water; bring to a boil. Add garlic and grits. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir till thick, about 8 minutes. Stir in cheese till completely melted. Season to taste. Serve with scrambled eggs, country ham, and Fried Apples.
