RED HOT CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 Italian pepper
1 can jalapeno peppers
1 can whole tomatoes in puree
1 (19 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can chilies
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

Mix meat, onions and peppers on HIGH for 6-9 minutes; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH, covered; stir. Keeping covered, microwave 5 more minutes on HIGH; stir again. Uncovered, cook for 15 minutes on MEDIUM power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
