CHRISTMAS PUNCH 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemon juice concentrate
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. angostura bitters
3 egg whites
1 bottle (3/4 qt.) daiquiri cocktail with rum
1 bottle (12 oz.) club soda
1 tray ice
1 bottle (3/4 qt.) champagne

Daiquiri cocktail, club soda and champagne should be chilled. In pitcher or bowl thoroughly mix thawed juice concentrate, sugar and bitters. Refrigerate mixture until well chilled. Just before ready to make punch, beat egg whites until stiff. In punch bowl combine juice concentrate mixture, Daiquiri cocktail, and club soda. With a wire whisk, gently beat in egg whites. Add ice cubes. Pour champagne into punch at table. Makes 24 - 4 ounce servings.
