EMILY'S SPECIAL CHICKEN ROLL UPS 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 pieces)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 med. scallions, finely chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to thin and flatten. Mix softened cream cheese with scallions. Spread cream cheese mixture on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake 1/2 hour, pour 3/4 water and dissolved bouillon cube over breasts and bake 1/2 hour more. Stir sauce and pour over chicken breasts.
