QUICK STIR FRY DINNER 
1 box rice, white or brown
1 c. sm. shrimp, cooked and left whole OR
1 c. chicken or beef, cooked, cut into sm. pieces
1/3 c. stir fry sauce

4 C. VEGETABLES:

1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
1/2 c. string beans, shoe string style is best
1/2 c. lima beans
1/2 c. pea pods
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
2 - 3 scallions, including green tops, chopped

In wok, electric fry pan, or skillet, heat 2 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Wait about 1/2 minute until oil and pan are very hot. Add washed, rinsed and drained vegetables and meat, chicken or shrimp all at once. Stir fry over a high heat for four minutes. Vegetables will be crispy. Add 1/3 cup of stir fry sauce to vegetables. Stir quickly to mix and coat. Serve over rice. Have rice ready before cooking vegetables. Use Kikkoman Stir Fry alone or add 2 tablespoons Ginger Teriyaki Seafood marinade with it for delicious flavor.
