PEA SALAD 
Mix and refrigerate overnight:

1 c. celery, diced
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts
1/3 c. diced green onion
1 c. mayonnaise

Two hours or so before serving add:

1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1/2 c. cashews

Sprinkle liberally with salt, but mayonnaise has some, so not so much.
