MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can Comstock cherry pie filling

Cream cheese and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla. Place paper cupcake holder in muffin tin. Put vanilla wafer in cupcake holder, fill 1/2 full with mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, then top with cherry pie filling.
