MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Crushed vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla for filling. Beat until smooth. Put cookie crumbs in bottom of miniature muffin tins. Then add filling and top with pie filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
