ITALIAN BAKED BREADED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken (organic, if possible)
2-4 c. bread crumbs (I dry my own)
1/4 c. butter or soy butter
2-3 eggs
Parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan lightly with olive oil.

Mix to taste: bread crumbs, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder. Combine in large bowl and set aside.

In another bowl beat eggs.

Dip cut up chicken (skinned or skin on) first in egg, then in the bread crumbs until thoroughly coated, and place in a single layer in the pan.

Place 1/2 pat butter on each piece of chicken and bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
