CAJUN SHRIMP | |
1 lb. fresh shrimp 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes 3/4 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice In a 3-quart saucepan, cook green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Add undrained tomatoes, water, seasonings. Stir in broth and rice mix. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. |
