CREAM CHEESE PIE 
18 lg. single graham crackers OR
Commercial crust
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

2 eggs beaten well with 1/2 pound cream cheese. 3/4 cup sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon; mix all well and put in crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Take from oven.

Beat 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and put on top of pie; bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.

Best eaten very cold and top with your favorite fruit.
