SEASHORE CRAB BRUNCH 
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. seasoned croutons
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. or more of dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. or more of minced parsley
Dash of Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. lump crab meat (all bits of shell removed)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs. Mix in all ingredients except for crab and Parmesan. Gently fold in crab. Pour into a greased shallow casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
