CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk
Lemon pepper seasoning
Old Bay seasoning
White wine (opt.)
1 qt. half and half
Crab meat (pick out the shell)

Melt butter over low heat. Add flour. Stir in milk slowly until thick. Add seasonings to taste. Add half and half until soup reaches desired consistency. Add crab meat and simmer, stirring occasionally. May be put in crock pot to simmer. Also may add shrimp or scallops.
