BEEF STEW CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. round steak (cut in bite-size pieces) 3 sm. carrots (peeled & sliced, coin like) 2-3 sm. potatoes, (peeled & sliced, coin like) 1 sm. onion (sliced in rings) 1 can cream of mushroom soup In 2 quart casserole place 1/2 of the onion rings, carrot slices, potato slices and meat. Top this with 1/2 can of the soup. Repeat once more with the remaining soup on top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with small salad and corn bread or muffins. |
